In Branagh's version the actors were really dramatic, in Zeffirelli's version the actors weren't as dramatic as Branagh's version, and in Almereyda's version the actors were good, but Old Hamlet kept touching Hamlet and I felt that was way different from the other 2 versions. The music in all 3 movies was pretty good. All 3 versions had very dramatic music. The lighting in Branagh's and Zeffirelli's version was dark. It gave a mysterious feel to the scene. In Almereyda's version, I felt that there was way too much lighting. I mean they were at a hotel and it's supposed to be modern, but they could have at least dimmed the lights in the room.
There were some special effects in Branagh's version. Some examples are the fog and how the ghost of Old Hamlet disappeared. The other 2 versions didn't really have any special effects. When Branagh used flashbacks it helped create visual to the death scene. The choices were pretty good and overall the movie came out nice.
